Longevity on the agenda| 28.05.2026

One morning on Vitosha.

Conversations on genetics, nutrition, and daily performance.

1% improvement in your cognitive baseline, compounded over a decade of decisions. What does that number look like?

There's a version of you that makes sharper decisions, recovers faster, and compounds better over the next decade than the current one. Most CEOs just haven't had the right conversation about it - with the right people, in the right environment.

This is that morning.

What we're covering?

Genetics is an opportunity -  It's a set of switches and the right epigenetic conditions determine which ones get activated. What does peak genetic capacity actually look like, and how do you create the conditions for it?

Nutrition as a performance input -  Vita Rama's system is built on 35 years of nutritional science rooted in Bulgarian natural medicine and enriched by modern nutrigenomics. We'll talk about what plant-based nutrition actually does at a cellular level and why it matters more for high-output people than for anyone else.

Breathwork and meditation - What are the quantifiable effects of breathwork and meditation on concentration, stress response, and decision-making quality under load?

The format:

We hike from Aleko Hut to Kamen Del - a familiar, well-loved route on Vitosha. Conversations along the way

Who is coming with us:

Lenko Slavov - CEO at Vita Rama. The Vita Rama health system was built on 35 years of professional experience by nutritionist Georgi Slavov, drawing on the traditions of the Bulgarian natural medicine school. The method is enriched by the most current science in dietetics and nutrigenomics. The system approaches health as a harmony between body (nutrition and movement), mind, and spirit, and is scientifically adapted for every age group.
