She has nearly 30 years of consulting, sales, and managerial experience in the fields of international trade and transport, development of foreign markets, representation of international companies, consulting, and managing multinational teams and partnerships.

Zara holds a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations and an Executive MBA. She is a certified coach with the American Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and a certified practitioner of the diagnostic tools of US Team Coaching Intl.
