Today eBag holds roughly an 80% market share in Bulgaria's online supermarket segment and serves over 100,000 households across Sofia, Plovdiv, Pernik, Pazardzhik, Blagoevgrad, Bansko and beyond. Ivan’s stated ambition to serve the entire country with two-hour delivery, built on a network of 4-5 robotized fulfillment centers.
Years ago, eBag disrupted Bulgarian retail by betting on online grocery and commerce when few believed it could work here. Today it stands as the country's only enduringly successful online retailer.
