Our special guest is Kiril “Disl” Nikolov - one of the world’s top endurance mountain runners and orienteers. He’s competed at the highest level internationally, set records across Bulgaria’s most challenging trails, and knows better than anyone what it means to push through when most would stop.
🔼Speed record holder on Bulgaria’s longest marked trail – Kom–Emine (600+ km across the Balkan Mountains), completed in 4 days, 13 hours, 5 minutes
🔼"Five Peaks" challenge: climbed Bulgaria’s 5 highest peaks in under 23 hours
🔼Represented Bulgaria in World Orienteering Championships, competing against the best globally
🔼Known for insane stamina and ability to push through extreme mental and physical fatigue
🔼Believes endurance is “more mindset than muscle”
On July 24th, we’ll hike the trail from Aleko to Kamen Del with Kiril "Disl" Nikolov to talk how to keep going successfully.
We will go to see Sofia from above and reflect the way we can only do in the mountain. This isn’t an achievement event. It’s a reset – a breathing space for real conversations, new energy, and better questions.
