Parenthood is the most meaningful journey we ever take.
Yet, juggling priorities between family, kids and business is never balanced. How do we stay present for our children while leading teams, building companies, and carrying the weight of big decisions?
This December, we welcome Stefan and Jeni Ivanovi, the adult duo behind Neverest, for a conversation about family, resilience and staying united even when life demands everything from us.
Stefan – a seasoned business leader who turns bold ideas into real expeditions, on land and at sea.
Jeni – the “Houston” in their family team, the person who keeps everyone grounded and connected.
Their two children are now starting their own professional journey - Maxim is a senior in Computer Science at Stanford University in the United States and Lara is a sophomore in Engineering at Durham University in the United Kingdom.
Their story - building a boat in a garage, crossing oceans, raising two kids with courage and curiosity - opens space for the questions many leaders hold quietly:
• How do we raise grounded, confident children when our lives are anything but predictable?
• What does emotional presence look like for parents who are constantly needed elsewhere?
• How do we support each other as partners when each person has their own ambitions and dreams?
• How do we build a family that moves as a team?
